Caroline Roberts began dancing at the age of three. She has studied various forms of dance, including ballet, tap, liturgical, jazz, and hip hop. She began teaching at the age of 16 and has trained with Shirley Mcphail, Dance Associates, Austin Contemporary Ballet, Ballet Austin, and Ballet Academy East in New York City.

Mrs. Roberts opened her own studio in 2004 where she taught dance classes to ages 2 through adult. Her studio also provided after-school lessons, summer dance camps, and trained four competitive dance teams. Those teams went on to compete nationally in Las Vegas, Nevada and placed first for three consecutive years. During this time, Mrs. Roberts was certified by A.I.S.D. to give the Physical Education Waiver. Through her studio, students who took five hours of classes a week and kept a food and nutrition journal were given credit for their physical education requirements.

In addition to teaching, Mrs. Roberts has choreographed a number of shows, including The Wizard of Oz, Cats, The King and I, Bye Bye Birdie, Guys and Dolls, The Music Man, How to Succeed in Business without Really Trying, Hairspray, Footloose, Legally Blonde, Annie, Aristocats, Jungle Book, Alice in Wonderland, Aladdin, Cinderella, and The Little Mermaid. Mrs. Roberts has also directed and choreographed an original ballet titled Evening of Roses as well as The Night before Christmas, the musical.
